EyeLink Analysis

EyeLink eye measure sample data is recorded on the HostPC in as .edf files. For retrieving these, see Retrieve EyeLink Data

Reading EDF

The tracker writes .edf files containing samples, messages, and events

There are various tools to read these files.

  • matlab: edfmex tool
  • R: eyelinkReader
  • python: eyelinkio or pyedfread
  • to ascii for universal reading: edf2asc in developer SDK (linux)
